How to Use AI Marketing Advisor in Promeo

Enter your product once and get listings, ads, and social posts for every channel you sell on.

Updated Aug. 16, 2026 · 6 min read

Promeo's AI Marketing Advisor handles the part of selling online that nobody enjoys: rebuilding the same product for Amazon, then again for Google Ads, then again for Instagram, at three different sizes with three different word counts. You enter your product once, tick the channels you actually sell on, and it comes back with listing copy and sized images, ad banners and headlines, and social posts with captions.

⚡ Quick Answer: How to Use AI Marketing Advisor in 5 Steps
  1. In Promeo, open AI Marketing Advisor from the sidebar and click + next to Project List.
  2. Fill in Product Information: name, photos, description, highlights, and Language.
  3. On E-Commerce Store Listing, tick your marketplaces and click Generate with Cloud.
  4. Do the same on Ad Creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
  5. Finish on Social Media Platforms for Facebook and Instagram posts and captions.

Steps to Use AI Marketing Advisor

Step 1: Open AI Marketing Advisor and Start a Project

AI Marketing Advisor is one of Promeo's own tools rather than a template pack, so it has its own spot in the left sidebar. Click AI Marketing Advisor there, or open it from its card under Marketing Assets by Generative AI on the Home screen. Everything you make lives inside a project, so click the + next to Project List to start one. Give each product its own project and you can come back weeks later to generate more assets without typing any of it again.

Click the + next to Project List to start a project for this product.

Step 2: Fill In Your Product Information

Everything the AI writes and designs comes out of this one panel, so it pays to be specific here. Type a Product Name, then add your Product Photos: shots from different angles and on different backgrounds give it more to work with than a set of near-identical ones. Write a Product Description and a short list of Product Highlights, and if you are staring at a blank field, click Get Advice and Promeo suggests wording for you. Set Language to whatever your customers read, and that is the typing done.

Product Highlights takes a short comma-separated list. Get Advice fills it in if you are stuck.

Step 3: Generate Your Store Listings

Open the E-Commerce Store Listing tab and tick the marketplaces you sell on. We went with Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, then clicked Generate with Cloud. Two things come back for each one. The first is listing copy written as benefit-led bullets rather than a block of prose, which is the shape most marketplace listings want anyway. The second is your own photos re-cut to that marketplace's required size on a white background, 2000x2000 for Amazon and 1600x1600 for eBay. That resizing is usually the part that eats an afternoon.

Tick your marketplaces, then click Generate with Cloud.

Your photos come back sized for each marketplace. Amazon's set is 2000x2000 on white.

Step 4: Generate Your Ad Creatives

Ad Creatives works the same way. Tick Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest Ads, click Generate with Cloud, and you get finished banners in each platform's real ad sizes, 1200x628 and 1200x1200 for Google Ads, plus a Text Asset list of headline and description options you can copy straight into the ad manager. You get several design variations per size, which means you have something to A/B test with instead of one take-it-or-leave-it layout.

Step 5: Generate Your Social Posts

Last one. On Social Media Platforms, tick Facebook and Instagram, click Generate with Cloud, and you get post designs in 1080x1080 and 1080x1920 with captions to match, hashtags included. The captions are written as social copy rather than product-page copy, which is the thing that usually goes wrong when one person is writing for every channel at once.

Tick Facebook and Instagram, then generate one more time.

The Result

Here is what actually lands on your drive. Same product, same photos, same description, but each asset is built for where it is going: Amazon wants a clean product cut-out at 2000x2000, Facebook wants a designed square with the headline already on it. Neither one needed a second pass in a design tool.

FAQ About AI Marketing Advisor

No. Each tab generates on its own, and your product information is shared across all three, so you can run just the one you need today and come back for the others later without re-entering anything.
Yes. Each platform section has a Preview all button for going through the designs one at a time and a Batch Edit button for changing them as a set. Every Text Asset card has a copy button next to it.
Both produce the same kinds of assets. Generate with Cloud runs on Promeo's servers. The AI PC option runs on your own machine, and Promeo labels it as free to run, so it is the one to reach for if you plan to generate a lot.
More than one, and make them different from each other. The tool re-cuts and re-composes your photos for every channel, so a top-down shot, a side-on shot, and one on a colored background give it far more to work with than five versions of the same angle.
