In a hurry? Use the AI Event Invitation quick guide instead.
Promeo's AI Event Invitation turns a few lines about your event into invitation designs. We typed a title, one line about a business summit and the date, and got eight layouts back, all carrying our date and hours. Pick one, then check every line in the editor, because it also fills in details you never gave it.

- On the Promeo Home page, click AI Event Invitation in the row of tools at the top.
- Fill in Event title, Describe the event, the image description, and the date and time.
- Add a venue if you have one, choose the Language, and click Create Design.
- Pick one of the designs and click Edit.
- Check every text item in Layers, then export.
Steps to Use AI Event Invitation
Step 1: Open AI Event Invitation
On the Promeo Home page, AI Event Invitation sits in the row of tools across the top, between AI Banner Maker and AI Profile Creator. The Create invitations shortcut under the prompt box is another way in.

Step 2: Describe the Event
Two fields are required: Event title, up to 50 characters, and Describe the event, up to 150. We wrote Economic Growth and Trends Forum and Business leadership summit, economic growth and trends. Once the description is in, suggested talking points appear under it, each with a + in front.
Under Describe or upload your image, say what the picture should show, or tick Use your own image to supply one. Then set the date and the time range.

Step 3: Set the Venue and Language, Then Create
Event venue is optional, but fill it in if you know it. We left it empty, and the designs filled it anyway (more on that in Step 5). Choose the Language for the invitation text, and tick Add more information if there is anything else to include.
The badge on Create Design shows the credits it will use. Click it.

Step 4: Pick a Design
Eight designs come back, each a different layout and palette. They all kept our date and hours, but none used our title word for word: Promeo wrote its own headlines from the description, such as Business Leadership Summit and Explore Economic Growth Strategies.
Click the one you want and click Edit. Generate More, which has its own credit badge, makes another set if none fit.

Step 5: Check Every Detail, Then Export
The design opens in the editor with Layers on the right, one entry per text item. This is the list to read. Ours held a venue in Milan, a contact named Christopher Maxwell, a phone number and an email address, none of which we typed.
Click each one and replace it with your real details, including the headline if you want your own title back. Then use Export at the top left of the editor.

The Result
The invitation at the top of this page is the design exactly as it came back: a clean two-column layout, a real event photo, and the date set large enough to read across a room. A few lines of typing got us the layout; the text is what still needs a person, since the venue and contact on it were placeholders.

Yes. Create Design carries a credit badge showing what a run uses, and Generate More carries its own.
The designs fill empty details with placeholders so the layout looks complete. We left Event venue blank and got a Milan address, a contact name, a phone number and an email. Fill in the venue before you create, and replace the rest in Layers.
In our run, every design wrote its own headline from the description rather than repeating the title. Edit the headline in Layers to put your title back.
Yes. Tick Use your own image under Describe or upload your image and supply it there, instead of describing a picture.
