In a hurry? Use the AI Video Ad Studio quick guide instead.
Promeo's AI Video Ad Studio is the one that writes the ad for you. You say what the product is and what kind of video you are after, hand over a folder of clips and photos, and it comes back with a scene by scene storyboard: a script, a voice-over, subtitles, and a cut at the length and shape you asked for. Nothing about it needs a timeline.

- In Promeo, click AI Video Ad Studio in the tool row along the top.
- Fill in Brand / Product name and Describe your video topic, then set Duration, Language and Aspect Ratio under Video Settings.
- Click Import Media and add at least 30 seconds of material.
- Click Generate Video Storyboard and let it run in the background.
- Read the scenes, choose a voice on the Voice-Over tab, then click Export Video.
Steps to Use AI Video Ad Studio
Step 1: Open AI Video Ad Studio
There are two doors into this one and they lead to the same place: AI Video Ad Studio in the tool row across the top of the Home screen, or the AI Video Ad Studio card further down with Promeo's other generative tools. Either one opens the brief screen, which is a form on the left and an empty media tray on the right. Nothing generates until both sides have something in them, so it is worth knowing up front that this is a two-part setup.

Step 2: Write the Brief
Two fields do most of the thinking here. Brand / Product name is the name Promeo writes the whole script around, so put in the form you actually market under: ours was VESSARINE Overnight Repair Serum. Describe your video topic is the direction, one line, up to 200 characters. We kept the line already sitting in the field, a fast-paced product review video highlighting key advantages, because it was a fair description of what we wanted. Under Video Settings, set Duration, Language, and Aspect Ratio. We went with 30 seconds, English, and 9:16, since this ad was only ever going to be watched on a phone.

Step 3: Import Your Clips and Photos
Click Import Media and give it everything you have for this product. We brought in ten stills and two short clips, which is 12 items and exactly 30 seconds, and the running total under the tray tracks both numbers so you know how close you are. Each thumbnail gets a pencil icon for trimming or swapping, and Clear All empties the tray if you want to start the selection again.
There is a real gate on this step. The tray will not let you generate until it holds at least 30 seconds of material. Generate Video Storyboard stays dark until the 30 seconds is there.

Step 4: Let Promeo Write the Script
Building the storyboard is a background job and the progress screen is refreshingly plain about what it is doing: crafting your script and aligning the edits, with a percentage and a note that Promeo will let you know when it is ready. You do not have to stay put. View in Projects drops you into the project list where this ad will be waiting, so you can start the next one, or go and get a coffee, and come back to a finished storyboard.

Step 5: Check the Storyboard, Then Export
What comes back is not a locked file, it is a storyboard you can argue with. Each scene is a card with its own timecode, the visual Promeo chose for it, and the subtitle line it wrote. Scene 1 in ours runs 00:00 to 00:04 over a close-up of skin, with the line Tired and dull skin is just the absolute worst thing ever, which is a more human opening than most product copy manages. Read the scenes in order, retype any line that is off, and if you change anything click Apply Changes & Re-generate so the narration is rebuilt to match the new text instead of drifting away from it.

On the right, the player previews the cut as it stands, and the tabs under it are where the sound lives: Voice-Over holds Add AI narration and the voice itself, Rachel by default, with Change for a different one, and Subtitle and Background Music sit alongside. When the preview plays the way you want it, click Export Video.
The Result
Here is what came back from that one form and a folder of stills. The script, the voice-over, the subtitles burned into the frame, and the order of the shots were all settled in the storyboard step, and the product ends the ad on screen with its name on the label. We asked for 30 seconds and got 32, so treat the duration setting as a target rather than a hard cut. The file itself is 9:16, shown here inside a wider frame so it does not run the length of the page.
