How to Use AI Face Swap in MyEdit

MyEdit's AI Face Swap puts a face from one photo into another, in a browser tab with nothing to install. You can start from a ready-made scene, use a picture of your own as the target, or swap several people in a group shot in one pass. The face you supply decides most of the result, which is why MyEdit shows you its own photo tips before you generate.

In MyEdit, go to Image Tools > Portrait and select AI Face Swap. On the tool's landing page, click Swap Faces Now to open the editor.

Under the Single Face tab, the panel fills with ready-made target styles, city portraits, artwork, costumes, and more. Pick any thumbnail as your target image.

Click the + under Add Face to Swap and upload a clear photo of the face you want to use.

The first time you do this, MyEdit shows a quick Notice with example faces and what works best: well lit, facing the camera, matching skin tone, hands out of the way. Glance at it, then click Got it. You won't see it again unless you reset it. Better source photos give noticeably better swaps.

Click Swap Face. When it's done, click Download to save your result, no watermark. Want to animate it? Click Turn into Video.

For group shots, switch to the Multiple Faces tab. Add a face for each person you want to replace, up to four in one photo, matched to a box on the target image. MyEdit keeps lighting and shadows consistent across everyone, so the group still looks like one photo.

Want to swap onto your own photo instead of a template? Open the Custom tab and click Add your photo to upload your target image. MyEdit detects the face automatically, so you get the same clean blend as the built-in templates. That's it, your new face swap is ready to share.
